A pleasant climate on the premises, regulating humidity thanks to moisture diffusion properties (timber can absorb and release moisture to ensure optimum humidity). Excellent protection against noise and fire. The highest heat accumulation capacity out of all standard construction materials, providing the best thermal insulation in the summertime. The heat generated by sunlight is absorbed and retained for a long time, with only a small part admitted into the building. At night, excess heat is released outside. In winter, the mechanism works in the opposite way, ensuring excellent thermal insulation and a pleasant climate for the premises.
