What makes this system unique is the high degree of prefabrication, significantly shortening the time required to erect the structure. A pleasant climate on the premises, regulating humidity thanks to moisture diffusion properties (timber can absorb and release moisture to ensure optimum humidity). Excellent protection against noise and fire. The highest heat accumulation capacity out of all standard construction materials, providing the best thermal insulation in the summertime. The heat generated by sunlight is absorbed and retained for a long time, with only a small part admitted into the building. At night, excess heat is released outside. In winter, the mechanism works in the opposite way, ensuring excellent thermal insulation and a pleasant climate for the premises. The availability of various facade styles (plaster, clay cladding or planks) provides many architectural design options for both modern and classic structures.

Timber is strong and can store CO2 for a long time, contributing to a positive environmental balance. No comparable construction material can be obtained, processed and used with such a low level of energy consumption and environmental pressure. The individual structural members of the walls can be cut with the highest precision using CNC machine tools to make sure they fit perfectly. The walls, ceilings and roof are erected very fast at the construction site and joined together using appropriate fasteners selected based on static calculations. The erected structure is immediately ready for further construction work. Since the structural members have natural vapour control properties, only the joints between them have to be fully air-tight. “Blower-door” air leak tests show air leaks much lower than 1 h. Another upside is that the surfaces are very easy to process.
