KDK HOUSING SYSTEM

The KDK residential construction system was born out of our passion for timber, our hard work, years of experience and the many tests and certificates that have validated our initial business plans. We have invested all of our effort into the development of HBE, HBE+ and CLT systems to create the sustainable, economical and energy-efficient KDK system. The system is the perfect illustration of our expertise and experience. We use solutions we have worked on for 21 years when erecting the structures that we create. We design structures using all the available options, without limiting ourselves to a single system. That is how we can utilise the best features of each system. We can use this approach to construct structures with one, two or more stories. We have also carried out fire safety tests to confirm that our solutions can be used in multi-family houses as well as in public buildings or other structures with mandatory fire safety requirements CHECK IT OUT

The KDK housing system is the next level in using timber as the sole, renewable structural material. It ensures high thermal insulation, good appearance and smaller humidity variations on the premises, ensuring a healthy climate for all the residents.
